How a repair flows

From the first signal to the closed work order.

  1. Step 1

    Detect

    Surface telematics faults, reported issues, inspection defects, and upcoming PM requirements in the maintenance overview. The AI Pit Crew reviews every fault as it arrives.

  2. Step 2

    Plan

    Create a service request or work order with labor, parts, VMRS-coded tasks, and notes linked to the asset. For faults, the AI Pit Crew drafts the request and queues the repair task.

  3. Step 3

    Dispatch

    Route work to an internal assignee or external shop by email, phone, secure link, or connected shop system.

  4. Step 4

    Approve and close

    Review vendor quotes and invoices on the work order, then record completed service in maintenance history.
