Terms and Conditions of Use

The Site describes PitWorX, a fleet maintenance management application provided through the Fleet Unify platform. Content, screenshots, and sample visuals illustrate typical workflows. Sample figures shown in visuals are illustrative and are not performance claims.

Available modules, features, and service levels are defined by your organization's agreement, not by the Site.

Access to the PitWorX application requires an account issued by your organization administrator. Submitting a demo or contact request does not create an application account. Use of the application is governed by your organization's agreement and any in-product terms.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
• Bypass or interfere with security features, including the Cloudflare security check on forms.
• Submit forms with false, unlawful, abusive, or automated content.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an organization.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content except as permitted by law.

Information you submit through demo or contact forms must be accurate and yours to share. We use it to respond to your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential fleet, driver, or payment data through the Site.

The PitWorX name, logos, visuals, and Site content are owned by PitWorX, Fleet Unify, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own evaluation. Any other use requires prior written permission.

The Site relies on third-party services such as hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Maintenance, safety, and compliance outcomes depend on your data, configuration, and operating practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitWorX and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Liability for the application is governed by your organization's agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
