Privacy Policy

• Form submissions. Details you enter in the demo or contact forms, such as name, work email, company, phone, role, fleet size, topic, interests, and your message.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps recorded by our hosting provider to operate and secure the Site.
• Security check data. Signals collected by Cloudflare Turnstile when you complete a form, used to tell people apart from automated traffic.
• Preferences. Whether you acknowledged the cookie notice, stored in your browser.

• Respond to demo and contact requests and schedule walkthroughs.
• Protect the Site and its forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use.

The Site uses only what it needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Cookie notice preference (browser storage key pitworx_cookie_notice_v2): remembers that you acknowledged the notice so it is not shown again.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: may set strictly necessary cookies or similar storage while the security check runs on a form.

You can clear or block these in your browser settings. Blocking them may cause the cookie notice to reappear and may prevent forms from being submitted.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, such as hosting, email, and Cloudflare, under instructions consistent with this policy, or when required by law.

We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires longer retention. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and bot protection on forms, to safeguard information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the Site. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
